Sold a large Dangerous horse to 13 year old girl, who spent hard earned $'s of her own

My daughter saved her sheep 4-H $'s and ribbon $'s to purchase just the right show horse. She found him on a web site with pretty good ratings. Her dad and herself took a trip to look at him and ride him. He was saddled and ready when they got there and acted fine. He endured a 12 hour ride home. The first morning home he started acting funny. Like he was very nervous, understandable, new environment, new altitude. We let him settle in for a day then tried to remove him from his pen and he wigged. He acts as if he has been beaten or something. We put him away and let him settle for a day and tried it again. 5 days into this $1800 purchase we think he has settled and allow our 13 year old daughter to saddle her new horse. Wrong! He comes uncorked and throws himself on the ground, smacks his face into the fence, and nearly misses my daughters face with his hooves. I am very angry! Her heart is broken. She goes back to him, calms him down and tries it again. This happens 3 times before the horse gets down and can't get up because he has pulled his rope tight. We have to cut the rope and remove the saddle. Now my daughter is terrified of him and very sad. We will not keep him.in the ad on the website it was stated that this "horse is a good beginner or intermediate horse. The horse also stands in one spot and swings his head back and forth with his tounge hanging out. I don't know what has happened to him in the past, but I don't think he is something any one should peddle to a child. Shame on you, Russell!!
