2wks ago I received the winning forms and checks from Fidelity Solutions. It said I needed to contact the secured bond bureau for futher info. I called the number on the check 306-351-6086 supposedly Paulina Krauss. A Leann Hansen was put in charge of my case. They had me cash the first check, and money gram $618. For the bond along with requisition form. Leann called me back told me she received my transfer, and form. That it would take her about 15 minutes to make the bond, and send it out that day. 2days later I still haven't received it yet so I called her direct line back 416-871-7149. Which is still her number.
A few days later I called the number on the check to the bank to verify the check. They confirmed the funds, and I asked them about the customs fee if it was for real. They confirmed it was likely and gave me a number to a Maria Kranpin in the mail room of the secured bond bureau. I called, she said she had my bond sitting in the mailroom waiting for me to pay the customs fee. I sent the $250., and was supposed to receive the bond 4/21/08 by UPS. Never came I called, and got ahold of everyone but Maria who apparently now has the only access to my file for any info. Even after leaving her 20 messages.
