I sure wish I had seen this site before I sent my $197.00. I joined in February and the money was drafteed from my account. I was skeptical and the next day I emailed and cancelled my membership which is legitimate according to their money back policy. I emailed on February 21, February 25 and April 3 requesting the refund. Today is April 17 and I still have not heard from anyone. Now I am out $197.00 and this Penbrook person is sitting pretty taking money from honest people who are just trying to get by. It really makes you not trust anyone. At one point sometime in March a man called and wanted to start training me. I told him I had withdrawn my membership and asked when I would get my money back. He told me at the end of the billing cycle. I wonder which billing cycle he was talking about. I would really like to know if I have any recourse or am I just out the money? I sure won't fall for these scams again.
