Ripoff, scamed and taken advantige of. Consumer rip-off fraud

I was contacted by phone with one of those "to good to be true" offers. I thought that the government didn't allow scams like that to operate, so I tried it.

I was promised a credit card with a limit of $2000.00 if I gave them $200.00, I never recieved the card.

When I called the number, 416-488-4664, all I got was a recording to leave a message, I did many times, never hearing from them in return.

People or company's like that should be brought down, taking advantage of people is wrong.
