I would like to give some honest heart felt advice to individuals who are considering the Magic Kids USA dealer opportunity. I was a dealer with this company for about a month and a half. I contacted over 400 retail clothing shops all across the country and around the world. My last count stopped at 412. Though it may have been more than that.
All the visions of making big money entered my mind, so I got motivated and did some mass advertising and marketing. After about a month, I was told that my advertising and marketing didn't succeed. I had no commissions. I was heart broken and somewhat devastated. Though I had to trust they were being honest with me. I had no proof to prove anything otherwise. I had no leverage to say they were wrong or being dishonest we me.
I may suspect something unethical happen, but those are just my gut feelings it's not a proven fact. To anyone thinking about participating in this opportunity, I would advise you to contact local clothing stores in your area personally and directly. You have to walk into the stores and speak with the store owners or operators directly. This is the only way you can protect yourself and have some leverage to prove possible commissions.
This method won't protect commissions in the long run, because you can't continue to ask store owners about their business purchases. Though it will help you in the beginning, to secure the store as a part of your dealer account.in my own personal opinion, I question this companies' ethics.
If 412 stores turned me down, then their product and service isn't as wanted as they claim. Either that, or most stores already know about this company.
I could tell by my conversations with this company their office workers and managers have complete control over the commissions. Some of these people may only be earning $12 or $15 an hour. You have to trust that an hourly wage worker is going to be honest enough to credit you with potentially thousands of dollars per month in commissions.
If they transferred my commissions into the accounts of family members and friends I can't prove it. I tried re-contacting some of these 412 stores, but I'm a nobody to them. They may not even care about telling me whether they made transactions with the Magic Kids company.
You have to contact clothing stores directly and establish a talking one on one business relationship in the begining. Good Luck, if you're still interested in trying this opportunity. Play at your own risk.
