The two Rebate Processing offers I found online and decided to try out, turned out to be much more than advertised. There was an option for a very simple version requiring filling out a couple of forms and a way more complicated version, not for the beginner.
There was no information in the training about how to avail oneself of this simple version, which is what most people and I had paid for.
The more complicated version needs some backend support which was offered, with phone numbers, but as it turns out aren't really there. I did get a connection once with a person who sounded East Indian and was of no help.
