The 3117/3115 building, aka arkay building owned by robert koser of eagel point oregon, that has a bagel shop, hemp shop and a sign shop located in the building has dangerous molds and made two people very sick and were ordered out of the building in jan by a medical doctor! No one has done nothing to fix the toxic mold problem, just allowed the owner, robert koseer who lives at 4755 butte falls hwy in eagel point oregon, to paint over the mold? What about public notification and safety?
IN JAN THE ELDORADO COUNTY ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT ORDERED "ABATEMENT" (NEVER DONE AS OF MARCH) OF THE BUILDING AFTER TEST CAME BACK POSITIVE OF Aspergillus/Penicillium, Stachybotrys, Chaetomium AND BASIDIOSPORES. Aspergillus and Penicillium, which produce mycotoxins.in addition to unusual mycotoxin symptoms, exposure of Stachybotrys to the skin may also cause a rash. The old tenants daughter developed respatory problems and a rash, an adult had numerous female problems and a rash.
go to the department of enviromental health and read the mold reports and the file on this building and ask why were they allowed to paint over mold and not properly remove it? The mold is "in the air" airborne and in the airducts and the entire building is connected together with a bagel shop!
