I had hired Rick to do some work remodeling work on my house. He signed the agreement and said he would have the job completed within 8 weeks. He took my $10k check, which was the first draw of a larger construction loan, and showed up at the property one day. He had an excuse every week why he wasnt showing up at the property, especially the HGTV excuse. After 3 months had passed, he still hadn't started the work and wouldnt return any phone calls or emails. I eventually sued him in court for the money and won, but he has yet to pay a dime. He is a disgrace to his family and needs to be behind bars before he ruins anymore lives. He has been a con man his whole life and spent time in jail in the past. He ran fraudulent day care centers where he was stealing investors $ in the process.
I am sorry to hear about how he screwed everyone over, especially those who lost alot more than my $10k. If there is someone I can contact at the Lower Southampton Police Dept, please let me know.
