Mr. Allen is a professional con artist. I have a small book on the thousands of dollars he has stolen from good people. He has a wonderful portfolio with pictures of beautiful gates and fences. Do Not Be Deceived! He stole 3000.00 dollars from us and never delivered anything. Numberous phone calls and even a trip to Charleston produced promise after promise with no delievery.
