I purchased a car from michael ligiano he promissed me and showed me that the car i am buying is priced at 17,000, after going home and purchasing this car for 17,000 i went on to kelly blue book and the standard retail price of the car is 12,000 he ripped me off 5,000 using decpetive sales practices.
