Wage claim - terminate you then say wait for final wages, drop hrly wage if under 40hrs - illegal

I am taking evans glass to court.

They are not ripping everyone off...

Not paying there employees on time as far as those they have terminated.

They are also giving false info to their employees stating they will pay them a less hourly wage should you work under 40hrs. This is illegal in the state of oregon.

Please everyone file a case against this company should you of been underpaid or treated in a discrimitive way.
