Declared that i had won an international lotto draw valued at over 315000 Euros

I have recieved this notification via "snail Mail" to inform me of a major win in an international lotto draw. Seeing as how I have not enterred any lotto draws in the last few years, I can only asume that these people are trying to get some finacial advantage out of me.
