I asked an ebay seller several questions regarding a Vertu cell phone. After severval conversations with Tristan's cousin, John Schwalbach; I placed an order outside ebay for a different model phone (later model with more features).
I never received the phone. Tristan Schwalbach produced a shipping receipt that had the wrong address (a park district facility in the town I live in). I requested a refund, he sent two checks that were drawn on closed accounts. The third time he sent an 'empty fedex envelope' to another incorrect address (this time a Dr.'s office in the town I live in). My local police department picked up the empty envelope.
When I googled Tristan Schwalbach (after the problems started), I found a warning from another individual who also claims to have been a victim (different product scam) in October.
This is an 'internet fraud warning' do not do business with Tristan Schwalbach. He ignored several calls from the Bellevue WA Police Department, the Elk Grove Village IL Police Department, and the State of WA AGO. I have complete documentation of all the facts stated above.
