Upon reading all of the complaints against Christi Harmon, I felt compelled to write a note to everyone have had illness or even death with the puppies you purchased from Christi. I to have received a sick puppy, February 29 he flew in and was a mess. I previously bought 2 other Beagles from Christi and figured it was just a fluke since the first two had been fine. I was wrong after reading all the stories and complaints regarding Christi.
Christi offered to give us our money back on the third pup, which I thought was a nice gesture until she told me how much of our 3rd purchase from her was shipping and how much was actually for the pup. It doesn't even cover our vet bills to date or to come. Not to mention that our first two puppies are now infected with Coccidia and on medication also. After the Coccidia and Kennel Cough clears up, our 3rd pup needs to be tested for Mange. Hopefully the other two don't contract that also.
I have done a lot of research and mad a lot of calls today, and I would urge anyone who has a complaint to call the Missouri Division of Animal Health @ 573-526-2059. Some of you have contacted them and filed complaints but until everyone who has a problem with a puppy from Christi calls them, nothing will change and more people will get unhealthy pets/companions.
