Signed up, wanted to cancel now cannot get in touch with anyone email or phone

I seen this thught it would be a good thing lady called me then i didn't hear from her anymore when i tried to contact he all i get is a busy signal as if the phone is not in order, i also tried to email and i get no respond. They took my 9.95 and i want to make sure they donot take anymore.
