I received a phone call from someone explaining that since we were such a good customer, we have earned a free gift. They asked me what I wanted and verified the address. I specifically asked if I would be charged anything and they said no. Then a couple weeks later two boxes of tape came without a packing slip followed a few days later by a ridiculous bill that was for $451.62. I immediately faxed a return request to the number at the bottom and a few days later an incredibly rude man called to speak about the tape. He offered to let me restock the tape for a $90 charge or to give me the same price as the people I usually buy from, of course the tape is awful so I didn't want it. After 20 minutes of screaming at each other, I transferred him to my boss who hung up on him in about 5 seconds.
