I was contacted by Total Resources in late October. Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas said they were a member and in good standing.in early December Total Resources debited $189 from my bank account for what I thought would be a computer, cell phone, and a credit card (lifetime membership). They did not ever mail my package by Christmas and my phone calls to them, they said they would mail it. After the end of January I asked for my money back. Their response was to tell me that only a supervisor could approve a refund and that the supervisors did not arrive until after 5 pm. I was told one would call me back, and one never did.
I enlisted the aid of the Nevada Consumer Affairs Division but this did not get my money back. Periods in excess of 2 months go by before Total Resources answers their correspondence.in May I sent a formal demand for payment to Stella Aguilar, the president of Total Resources, at the address on her letterhead (Consumer Affairs sent me a copy of one of Total Resource letters). The Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas has a different suite number for their address, 105-A11, while their letterhead had 104-All.
I have still received no response from Total Resources and CERTAINLY WAS MISTREATED AND RIPPPED OFF $189 plus another $30 for long distance phone calls and postage in trying to handle this.
