I was charged for my order but never received DvDs

Everything on DVDDonkey's website is a LIE! They promise excellent customer service - that's a lie. Fast shipping - lie!

I ordered He-Man and She-ra on January 2nd and have not received anything. I got official looking emails. They said He-Man was on backorder and I could click a link to cancel the order for a refund. When I clicked the link, I got Page Not Found. I have saved every email they sent me. I have never been able to talk to a human being on the phone.

I also contacted Canada Post and they have no records of the tracking number I was sent.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB but they said they couldn't help me because I couldn't give them a physical address for them. Has anyone else gone through the BBB? What happened?

Now this company has pulled their live person chat. AND their phone number no longer works.
