Landlords Beware!
Anyone by the name of Tammy or John Riley comes
to you for an apartment be very careful. Screen
these scumbag people first. I learned the hard way.
Didnt do a credit check and 7 months and over $4,000
lost they are still living in our apartment. For some
reason they think it is ok to not pay the rent.
Have heard every excuse in the book and more. They
are no good liars. So please if they come to you for a place to
live check them out first before you rent to them you will be glad you did.
