Complaint / Review
Warren International Inc. (aka ADC, Superior Business Strategies, Etc.)
Additional thoughts from another former employee

I worked under the same umbrella of Warren Int'l—in the same office on a different program under the name "Superior Business (can't remember the rest)." Their campaign office used to be located on N. Keystone but according to recent posts they have since moved to North Meridian street (US31).

I worked for this company a few years ago; I was fresh out of college and desperate for a decent shot at some sort of income. The story plays out the same—3 round interview, day of "O" torment, etc. If you are interested in seeking employment here please see my listing of facts below:

1) Expect 12 hr days
2) Expect your friends and family to question your occupation
3) Expect to be exhausted
4) Expect your personal relationships to develop issues

I stayed on the Quill campaign for almost 4 months. I had a great run out of the gate and, contrary to most opinions, it is possible to make money at this job. My best check was about 800.00 take home (1 week) but the pay did vary greatly from one week to the next. There is no personal expense reimbursement or health insurance. If you go on "road trips" you will be sharing a motel 6 room with at least 3-5 other people. I
spent 4 days sleeping on the floor of a room in Ohio which, among several others, dosen't strike me as a fond memory.

On a different note, this job IS a good experience for those seriously considering a career in sales. The long days and 80-100 doors theory will teach anyone about themselves. Specifically, you will quickly learn if you have what it takes to sell.

I chose to leave this occupation due to my own ethical conflicts that came from working for this company. I do believe that Cydcor, and all affiliates, is a terribly opportunistic system that preys opon others. I will however say that working here proved to me that I could succeed in future endeavours.

For what its worth, I am currently still in a sales position. The difference is that now I have benefits, a great base salary (commission), a company car, and I no longer work 60 hours per week. If you want to work here just chalk it up to a learning experience and don't get drawn in to their cultish atmospheres and environment!

Best of luck to all.
