Called me at home to reduce my credit card debt. Guarenteed to save me at least $3,000.00 and be debt free 3-5 times faster or I am entitled to a full refund of the $990.00 purchase price of their services. I cancelled the agreement within 3 days of the verbal agreement (NYS law) and have received nothing from this preditor; no savings, no payment plans, no accellerated payment schedule, nothing. I was promised twice by supervisor, Geraldine, that I would receive full credit on my credit card (their $990 charge) by October 23. I even went through Capital One Credit Card, and they have washed their hands of the situation, re-charging me the $990.00. Now neither VersaDebt/Debt Safe Inc nor Capital One Credit Card will return my phone calls. And because of this SCAM Capital One is charging me 27.40% interest on an account that was to be 9.90% fixed for life in addition to late fees because I refuse to pay for something that I was told TWICE I would be reimbursed IN FULL for almost 4 months ago.
