November 27 I sent in my resignation. The company owed me three paychecks total of $1047.00. They repeatedly gave excuses as to why I wasn't getting my check... Forms that were not sent in (that were) needed to send back all my supplies... After countless emails and phone calls now its Jan. 18th 2008 and I told them I was going to report them if my check did not go out overnight mail... So they got on it and I called back and they mailed out a little over $200.00.. Then the bookkeeper told me (Melta) that they didn't have my other invoices and had no record of them... I have my Fed Ex tracking numbers and copies of all invoices that have been sent in... Melta asked me to fax in what I have... I said NO! You fax me the cancelled checks you have paid me... I said "I am tired of all the run around I'm getting from you guys and you can do the work of tracking what you should already have" she said " this will have to wait until Monday because I'm getting ready to walk out the door and I don't have the cancelled checks in front of me"... I said you call the bank and get them faxed to me I know they can do that... And if my corrected check doesn't go out today I'm filing with the Attorney General, Labor Board, Better Business Bureau and KCRA Call 3... This company needs to be put out of business for their illegal practices... Further from what I have read they do not follow thru with the Advertising folders/calenders they promise the merchants. This clearly needs to turn into a Class Action Law suit... Which of you Attorneys out there want to take this on?
