The Merchandise was returned in Ocrober of today 1/14, they have not received it YET! They haven't even looked for it and are expecting me to pay for something I returned using their shipping label. My customer number and invoice number were on the label! Now they are trying to put me in collections. I will no longer do any kind of business with this company again.
