I did write my story already.
On nov 13th I ordered a steam TOBI. It was a TV offer including travel bag and a small travel TOBI. When I received my order the last 2 items were missing.
I have been sending 10 e mails to them.
After 10 days they told me to contact customer service.
So I did! Tried it 5 times, each time I waited 30 minutes, nobody even talked to me. They let you hang on the phone untill you get tired of it!!!
I decided to write a letter to the CEO. So I did! I never did get an awnser or my missing items. It is a very poor compagny to do business with.
