Rip off scam con artists

I received an acceptance letter for a Platinum card with a $5,000 credit line. For $49.00 I could get rush processing. Right! Nothing from them.By the way they changed their P.O. Box to P.O. Box 15650. I hope someone closes them down so they can"t keep doing this to people.
