We wanted to sell our time. We signed up with Rii Stroman in July after receiving several letters from them luring us with a "Money Back Guarantee". They took our money, $499. Promising us that our timeshare was in a "hot spot" Sedona Arizona and said that it would sell very fast but we never even got one phone call or offer from them in the past 2 years. We have reduced the price three times and still no offer. They said they advertise on the internet and in many business magazines but when anyone wants to view the property, one needs to make an offer to even see the property details. They were not helpful in giving us comparables and are usually not in when we call. They are very cagey when answering questions about where they advertise.
All they want is their fee and that's the last time you hear from them.
They are a prime example of a Timeshare Ripoff Scam company and mail fraud. They should be investigated and closed down before countless of others like us get ripped off.
