First off avoid any company who charges you an up front free to sell your timeshare.in March were looking to sell her timeshare. After researching on line I found ERA Stroman who claims that they been producing results for buyers amd sellers since 1979. I contacted them and after speaking with the rep they said there is fee of $489.00. We paid the fee figuring it would save us the hassles of trying to sell it ourselves.
We waited and several months without hearing from Stroman. So in May June January May I had to call them again. We even lowered the price figuring that would help. Finaly in May I called Stroman and asked to speak with some one in charge. I was given to who I assume was a manger or a supervisor of the company. I asked her how long does it take to sell a time share. Her reply was 22 months. I asked how many sold within the last month or even year. Her reply was I could not tell you that. I asked about a refund. You can only get a refund if you sell the timeshare yourself at a lower price. I have the original brochure for proof. Oh it looks pretty and has a lot of hype in but this firm is one big wind bag. I also had the send me a log of dates and times I hav called for proof.
Scam, ripoffs, is what they are. They still have our money and we still have a timeshare for sale.
