I ordered 16 items and gave my credit card info over the phone. I received only 4 items by mail. The small mailing envelope was too small to hold all 16 items ordered. I called Pharmazone and told them I would be happy to send the envelope, which contained the shipping date (same as the order date), so they could see it is too small to hold the 16 items ordered. They said it would not be necessary, and that they would not ship the remaining 12 items, nor issue a refund. My coclusion is that they ripped me off!
