I found out that, my 2005 chevrolet cobolt's only vaule is for $10,000 to $10,500 worth it's value. I'm paying Capitol One over $26,000 for this car in a 5 year term and Capitol One doesn't refinance either! My credit wasn't that, great but, I sure did get ripped off big time! I'm having a hard time paying my payments because, they are too much for me! Budget Auto Sales guaranteed me of a payment of $250 to $295 a month! Well it didn't happen I'm paying $389 a month for this car! I did buy the car used too! I was also guaranteed a 2 year warranty as well but, guess again no warranty! On the paper before I bought the car it was listed warranty! The dealer took the paper off and I asked him what did he do with it? He said, he didn't know he may have thrown it away. He told me not to worry that, I do have a warranty on the 2005 Cobolt.
I guess we live and learn from our mistakes! I am now stuck paying for a car that, I'm buying twice for. I still have 60 payments left and Budget will not trade me for anything else! I tried talking with them but, they will not help me at all. I even talked to the Manager of the company he told me no that, I will have to deal with this problem myself!
These advertisment ads throw them in the trash because, that's all they are from "Budget Auto Sales."
