My elderly mother received a postcard from Easy Saver, informing her that her "benefits" would continue without interruption and that her annual membership of $149.95 would be "conveniently" applied to the credit card she used to join unless she called 866-206-1168 to cancel.
She never joined in the first place, and we suspect that her information was given to Easy Saver by a mail order company, possibly Newport News.
I notified her credit card company and instructed them not to accept any charges from Easy Saver and I've also filed a complaint with the New York State Department of Consumer Affairs.
I've seen dozens of complaints about this company on your website (but nowhere else) and commend you on the service you're providing.
