Reservation Rewards (WLI Reservation)
Charged my bank account $10 without auth. They claim it was from FTD website Internet

WLI Reservation Rewards charged my bank account $10.00 with out any authorization or knowledge on my part.
The charge was still pending on my account.
I called them and they agreed to cancel it. They claim it came from an FTD website. (from ordering flowers online).
