Pinnacle financial group harrasment ripoff internet north carolina

My report is different than the last twenty i have read, let me start at the beginning.

Amped Mobile is also due, in my opion, of an ivestigation for integrity violations and violations of unfair business practises.

My story:

My Wife entered into a contract (we never received) for a phone at Best Buy through there supplier Amped Mobile. The communication with my wife outlined an agreement for a phone with my son for approx. 50 dollars per month (She never received a written contract). The first months bill was for 165 dollars. I contacted Amped Mobile and they rudely explanied, please read your contract (we never received through Best Buy Distribution). They would not let me talk to a manager (just like Pinnacle) they only said we will cut your bill by 10% if you stay with us. I decided that this was not a good business decision for my family and that the best course of action was to part company with Amped Mobile and Best Buy and pay the bill and move on. Here is where the nightmare begins. I received a bill from Amped Mobile 4X what i expected, i tried to discuss the contract (we never received) but i could never communicate with anyone my concerns. (no manger conveniently was ever available). Shortly thereafter i was introduced to "Pinnacle Financial Group".in addition to the bill from Amped Mobile i received a bill from Pinnacle Financial. I contacted Amped and they instructed me to pay them and they would take care of Pinnacle. I paid the bill to Amped and that is where the nightmare began. I receive 3-4 calls daily from Pinnacle demanding payment. I do not answer because i know in good faith i have paid my bill (i guess i was wrong). I finally called Pinnacle back and in 20 years of business i have never been treated the way i was treated. My weekend, family life, and life in general was turned upside down. The individual on the phone started a fight immediately and would not stop. Pushing all buttons, cursing me, personal attacks, and threatening me for payment. When i simply spoke one word, even as simple as hello, he said, "DON'T GET AN ATTITUDE WITH ME", he then hung up the phone. After this phone call i felt bad, as if i had done something wrong, so i decided to get on the internet and do some research. Whenever i tried to talk to a manager he got increaseingly rude and finally hung up the phone (thank goodness for the internet) now i feel better-i am not alone. I want justice, i want Amped Mobile investigated for unfare business pratices, ALL at Pinnacle Finnacial jailed for illegal practises, and Best Buy investigated for illegal contract negotiations with consumers, linking them in a nightmare world they cannot escape. Please, all lawyers, congress, media, attorny generals please put a stop to amped moble and pinnacle financial. They are destroying peoples lives.
