I purchased a quit smoking CD and never received it they also have been charging my credit card on a montly basis

I purchased the Quit Smoking CD and have not received the CD yet I purchased this about a year ago. They are also charging my credit card 5.95 on a monthly basis. I am retired and living on a limited income and the irony is I don't even smoke I bought this for my son-in-law.
