I believe after reading the hundreds of posts claiming this same scam that my credit card information was passed to this outfit when i made a purchase through Expedia or possibly Amazon.
In order to make a claim through my credit card company I am forced to cancel my card immediately, wait for a new card and some forms which i must have notarized. What an inconvenience.
I will not be doing business with Expedia, Amazon, and probably not Citibank, who I believe must have hundreds of claims and knowledge of this scam that has been going on for quite some time. It is a disservice to their customers to make them jump through hoops in order to get their money back. Seems to me that this merchant should have their priviledges revoked as this is not an isolated incident.
What else can you do but try and find the leak and stop doing business with any business who deals with WLI Reservations Rewards.
