Robbery, theft, held at gun point, hijack, prayed upon for having bad credit Ripoff

I put my financial trust into FAI only to have my money sucked away by a fake company praying on those looking to better thier homelives but don't have the credit to do it. I paid FAI 2,000 of my hard earned dollars hoping to have something nice in return. But, instead, 18 months later, I have no money, no computer and nobody answers the phone at FAI. All I want is my back, is that too much to ask?
