I was deceived by american leisure/easy saver. I was led to believe I was getting "information" on receiving coupons for local retailers and travel. I never received anything nor did I get a $25. Gas gift card as was promised for looking over the offer. I was also told " once" I "accepted "the gift card I would be automatically billed $14.95 per month
Again I never received anything, except after 2 months of billing statements were reviewed, I tried to e-mail many times to no avail. I also could not get anyone on the phone. I talked to my bank with no help. Finally cancelled today after argueing with 2 telemarketers and 1 supervisor who knew how to play "dodge the question" very well.
I asked for a refund and after much assertiveness on my part, she agreed to credit one month of $30. And cancel my membership. Membership to something I never replied to. Now I realize for certain I had been double billed and RIPPED OFF! And not a damn thing to show for over $100.00 in debits.
