I was a Retail Manager at the time Publishers Business Services called me at my job. I was asked to take a survey, got the speil about the great deals on magazines, and that I could cancel at anytime. The list of magazines I received myself nor my husband were interested in. We added up what PBS were charging to what the magazines themselves were charging. We were being ripped off. I called and wanted to cancel and was told rudely I could not. I want out of the contract. If they were offering better magazines and prices competitive with the magazines company themselves we would have considered doing business with them. They are a dishonest and rude company.
