I too was charged the 99.95 unauthorized charge. I ordered this over the phone and no one informed me of the "terms and conditions" which states there will be additional charges if you go to their website. Be careful when ordering as they are deceptive. I am furious. Any other company I have dealt with with confusing terms has happily refunded the misunderstanding. However this company won't budge. Fight back - call your TV that is advertising for them.
