I was a Sales Rep with Evans glass, Id like to know if there is anyone trying to recoup salary from Evans. I started as a canvasser working 10 hours a day and paid for 8. Did it for a while, but then with the promise of more money, I became a Sales rep that was completely unpaid. After about $55,000 in sales and not getting anything of it for coming months, I could no longer afford the venture. I quit, only to realize, their not going to pay me a dime. I kept all of my paperwork for the sales I was on, They owe me a couple thousand dollars of pay.
Anyway, there is a point here
Id like to know if anyone is taking legal action against the company, or if I am stuck hiring a personal lawyer?
