Iam very mad with gmac they lied to me about me not having insurance on my car. I have had insurance on it since 2003 my insuarnce agent faxed the papers showing that i had insurance on the car at the time in question. I had to go to my state attorney genearls office to try and have him to resolve the problem. The attorney general sent the letter back saying they will settle so i took at that they did and i got my new payment book from them. Then the following week the division in another state that handles collections i called them but they refused to speak to me and then they transfered me to there north carlonia office i told them that they settled the problem but according to the lady there they have top send it to them instead of there main office and just today they called me statrted harrising me about the car. I just want my money back from them in the amount $5,100 dollars for the insurance they had on the car the same time that i had insurance on it as well.
