My business received several calls from the "Labor Law Compliance Institute"- bottomline - they try to scare you into ordering 3 posters, inferring that if you don't order them your business will be shut down and you will be fined several thousand dollars. If you refuse them - they ship them anyways COD, and they hope to then talk an employee into keeping them and try to get a credit card number or a check for an outrageous amount of money. THESE POSTERS ARE AVAILABLE FREE FROM MY STATE!!! They reached one of my employees who thought they were a "gov't agency", and were successful in ripping us off for 142.99 cents.
They are very slick, very convincing, and they will be calling your small business to try this same SCAM on you!
