Affinity Property Managment in my opinion are nothing more than glorified slum lords. Their managment is lacking on site, their pool is green and sick from ducks living in it for a few months, and there are children who play in it. There is considerable mold issues here, creating health problems and they even pick on the elderly here. Stay away. Kim Crown, the corp. Person in charge of Beaverton Apartments, is indeed clueless about management in my opinion.
