Called stating our expiration for our current copier toner carrier was to expire and we needed to order from them to get the best price

Salesman called stating that they supplied our carrier PDQ with our toner cartridges and that our agreement with PDQ was about to expire and we must order today in order to be sure we do not have a lapse in our toner supply. They shipped us 1 cartridge at 439.95 59.95 shipping. And wants to charge us a 20% restocking fee to return the product.
