We moved in to this apartment in September. We were asked to write a list of things that were a problem. Eric Morgan told us that they would be taken care of in a timely matter. To this day the list has not been fulfilled.
Our carpet is horrible, there are electrical outlets hanging from the walls, stove problems, etc. Now it's to the point where the underground pipe that is broken and the kitchen sink and bathroom sink are now backing up. Our apartment smells like rotten food. Eric wants to know "why this is disgusting." He never returns phone calls and nothing in the whole building gets fixed PROPERLY.
The company has absolutely no respect or concern for the tenants. They expect to get paid but not uphold their responsibilities.
