Consumer travel companies don't give a shit about travelers!

Can anybody help me? I am an American resident and I tried making the Philippines on Sunday, but immigration stopped me. They stated my temporary guest charge which permitted me to remain up to 10/20 also intended that I really could not abandon with no authorization of the Agency of Immigration. The job policeman would not do something to assist, but directed me keep in touch with his boss. The boss stated I really could abandon by composing a notice towards the commissioner that I needed to revoke my credit. He explained I Would need to spend a fee and an extortion charge of 2500PP to him. After fighting that the offer was needless, I understood it had been. We visited the cashier to pay for the penalties. However the responsibility policeman, who had been within the same region whilst the cashier, arrived and informed his boss he would not let it. However it was not since their was an issue using the penalties/offer. He explained they could easily get dismissed after which request basically was an attorney. It was since I'd requested him earlier if he understood the phone amount of the US Embassy in Manila. After speaking together the boss subsequently requested for $2500. I mentioned used to donot have that type of money. He explained he could not allow his chef procedure the cancellation of my credit. They explained I Would need to visit BI and obtain a to depart the Philippines.

I Have got to acknowledge each and everybody of those customer travel businesses could not provide a shit about tourists in stress. Honestly, they study from programs, studying me the riot work that I had a need to contact earlier. It was constant 2 supervisors up. Just one stated she was supportive to my scenario, the main one within the Philippines. Then she claimed she'd still need to cost me $80 to alter a $78 trip. There have been a lot of occasions that I simply wished to shout at these creatures, but used to donot. They're crass, unsympathetic, money-grubbing garbage openings. When there is something that you believe I will do to recover my cash - then please let me understand.
