Unified Services contact number 7756785678 is an invalid number according to NANPA. It is not owned by any phone company which means it is illegally being used as a 'front number' to prevent return calls via caller id. Even if it is a Cell prefix, use of a number that is invalid or incorrect for purposes of displaying on caller id is illegal.
The selling points are a shopping spree and free trip for $1.95 shipping. Often nothing is ever received. There appears to be an association to two web sites, and some herbal supplement for which they will apparently charge around $150 if you do not cancel within 10 days. The websites are callusaonline.com and onlineadvantageinc.com.
Customer service number for callusaonline.com is 866-585-1723, for onlineadvantageinc.com is 866-585-1725. Both sites are registered with Domains by Proxy, Inc. Which can be found at DomainsByProxy.com. I doubt domains by proxy has anything to do with the scam, but they may be able to help. See their section on legal issues where it refers to "use of morally objectional activites" by it's customers.
I have not called the companies directly just yet in attempting to determine if they are associated or not. I will do so, and try to report back with updates. Once I have a little more I will also take the information I have to my state attorney general.
I guess calling the two websites associated with this 'might' help if they are legit. But both look fairly similar in layout leading me to believe they are just part of this scam. I will also use some contacts I have in an attempt to determine what company owns the 866 numbers, and contact that phone company to advise them that these numbers are possibly being used in a scam.
Oh, almost forgot to add that on the Nevada state site of registered businesses, two came up with 'Unified Services' in their name. Both showed as having been disolved.
