My Child is 18 years old 3 weeks before she turned 18 DCF decided to make me pay child support to them.instead of giving me food stamps like I needed, they starved my family and made a court judgement lien for money. And I have not went to court yet. They are thiefs and no one is going to fix this, I called them and they said, they can't fix it. If I owed I would pay. I am going to pay to a person who never had my child, nor even cared for her. All because of a computer error, my child put something in computer wrong.
Department of children and families wont fix this, and florida department of revenue child support wont fix this either. This is wrong and they are going to steal anything I have as an I Owe through the courts, and without a court hearing, who knows how much I will pay. And no one will stop this. I was not given a trial or even a chance to say my side besides on paper, and since it was paper only to my file in court house records. My hearing it was denied. Who will make them give me my right to fair trial? Not given to me by florida department of revenue child support or Department of Children and Families food stamp office or judge at cleawater courthouse. Computer error and im paying them when its convient for them. Unjustice to me and my family by florida courts and system for needy. They are curupt and thiefs. No one to stop them either. Im poor I have not got $250.00 to fight this in court, if I did I would not be on food stamps.
Due to it being automatic system and no one has to work if they don't want to. No one will correct and state of florida are thiefs with the computer system and I have the evidence to show it. And also waiting every month to see if I am being fed is BS too DCF. Records show your thiefs and I have been starved and they starve me whenever they feel. I have been reporting them all I can so they/dcf worker isnt starving me at this time, maybe next month. DCF could and will be screwing my life up, wait when this goes in and I loose my school funding, they dont care. I could loose all I own or have because of DCF and florida revenue service. This is wrong and I should not have to be in this situation. But no one is making them fix this. I can't believe this, and this has been happening since 10. Mainly cause im white and they can week of al sharpton & reason im paying child support RACIST Motivated, and because they dont have to fix it, who will check. Not the Judge not dcf and not child support enforcement.
