Force to close sale, even I repeated X times no, put me on the spot, credit card info?

K, I got this call from a guy name Michael Nelson, who claim himself to be a health coach specialist or some kind of specialist and that he is in charge of my case now.

My first reaction is that did I purchase from this company? And ah, perhaps a sample (as I recall having recieving some health product before by post mail, but don't reall exactly)

The first thing surprise me is that he got my full address, and credit card number. Those information shall never be disclosed to a sale person or a specialist. Lack of segagration of duty. I was shocked.

The next thing, he asked about my goal of losing weight. And I told him my goal, and I said yes though I really want to lose weight and get dietary supplement, due to my many medical condition, family decison, doctor advice, that I could not take the offer.

He saw my hesitation / or know my weaknesses that I have so much health issues that I would indeed want to be healthier, and keep trying to cross my boundaries.

I said no again and this time I talk about financially I promise my parents to save up. And he dare to say credit card isn't really using money, it is just credit, it doesn't affect cash. He really sound very forceful

I said on many many ocassion a "no" with similar explanation— of which I really don't need to point out, if prospect say no, it mean no, no question or answer needed.

And he try to close the sale with saying what he is going to ship me and how much he is only going to charge me. And he is giving me the company phone number 1 888 829 2430 and try to close off the deal.

I then keep repeatly said I don't want to proceed this offer, and that I need time to consult with my family since it is a big decision, it is a health issue. He wouldn't let me and he said sometimes it is better to be on the spot.

I also repeatingly said I want my name and private information off their list. He said, after this transaction he would do that, but I mean "now"
so lastly, under such tension and atmosphere I said yes.
I hanged up

He called me back for credit card information, since he had my old credit card number.

At that point, I tried to understand what he is going to send me and what kind of committment he would take as the role of "coach". I also once again tell him that might be I shall just call it quit for now, since I want lose weight only but not the bundle. He is very presistence, and he keep asking me for my credit card number. Then he said if I only need the weight loss product, it is going to be $XXX. Dollars only.

Ah, I fall for the fact, it is even more cheaper than the last offer (the last offer it went from $300 lower to $1XX US dollars) So, I say yes, and he ask me for full credit card number, I hesitated, but he said it is a secure line...

That's how I fall for the trap.

I don't recall how long we were on the phone, but it was a LONG LONG phone call and during such he just try to cross the boundaries too often. He didn't respect my no.

And after I gave him the card number. I look up TrimLife on internet and found out it is a scam.

Tomorrow I am going to file a fraud to my credit card provider.

Darn. I call my parents (who was away for holiday), and they said I shall have warn them if they use my credit card unauthroized, I will call police and cut them off.

I was remaining on the phone for the majority of the time because I want to make it clear that I don't want the product and I want my private information to be removed from their database.

But to these kind of sale person, it is no use to use politeness and patience.
