Research survey exemption provides no holds barred harasment Telephone Surveyers

This company purports to do market research. However, it makes repeated calls to residences, refuses to remove numbers from their database, and when the surveyers are called to task for continuing to call, they simply disconnect you in mid-sentence. Not one has even allowed me to speak with a supervisor.

I have reported them to the BBB & addressed the issue with my US Representative. The research/surveyer exemption from the National No Call List should be removed, subjecting these people to the penalties of any other telemarketers
