Ripoff pay day is on 12th of month checks are not issued until the 20th or later sometimes not at all

Pay day s on the 12th of the month sometimes the checks aren't issued until the 20th or later. Sometimes i don't get paid until they are ready to pay me. There are times that they cheat me on my pay. They are doing this to several other crews too. If we don't get paid the company always one excuse or another why they can't pay us. I am behind in all of my bills because of their irresponsibility. Something needs to be done with the company so i can get my pay on time.
